Refund policy
We want you to love your JOVIE pieces. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
-Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
-In original condition with all tags attached
-Free of makeup, deodorant, or any marks
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All sale items, custom pieces, and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size only, subject to availability, if your desired size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Refunds
Approved returns will be issued as store credit or refunded too the original payment method ( your choice), once the item is received and inspected. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect size.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
